Access

Who can use the booking site and what they see. Changes apply within a minute. Full detail sees routes, who booked and trip notes; Schedule only sees "Booked" and times. Booking for only can't use the site at all; they're listed so approvers can book for them. Can book off makes them view-only in the app (it can't stop a direct Outlook invitation; Tim or Chad would decline that). Approver can book for others, move and edit anyone's trip, and block days. Admin can change this page.
