How it's counted: a trip belongs to the person it was for (a trip Chad
books for John is John's). Flight hours come from each leg's departure and arrival; trips without
times (the imports) are estimated from the route: distance ÷ the aircraft's cruise speed, plus
20 minutes, rounded up to 15 minutes. Split groups share a trip's hours equally. Aircraft-days are
the calendar days a booking covers within the period. Year to date stops at today; This year includes what's scheduled. Takeoffs count each leg's departure airport; a Texas airport makes it a Texas takeoff. Crew blocks, holds and other blocks count as days out of
service, not trips; maintenance is shown separately.
